UWAMIC is pleased to announce that Shenzhen Jiangyun Intelligence, Ltd has joined us as a member. Jiangyun (匠韵智能) is an AI company that was founded in 2019 by Dr. Jingxi James Sun, a UW-Madison College of Engineering alum. After his graduation from our Chemical and Biological Engineering Department in 2000, he had worked as a senior scientist in Lumileds leading its high-power LED compound semiconductor epitaxy materials development before returning to Shenzhen China to found his high-tech business. In recent years, he has focused on AI solutions that help design novel semiconductor devices, high-end equipment, advanced manufacturing digitalization, and creative images for content illustrations.
Jiangyun (匠韵智能) is a proud sponsor for UW-Madison’s Business Analytics MSBA‘s business consulting course for the last three years, and Dr. Sun is well-connected in the greater China area, and willing to help expand the AMIC community there.
