Happy 2023! I hope you had a restful holiday with family and friends, ready to do great things in the new year!
As we begin our AMIC planning this year, I am excited to share several engagement activities with you all: 1) we are going to host AMIC Lunch with Industry Seminar Series in Spring 2023 on select Tuesdays between 1/31/2023 and 4/1/2023, and this time we will have a bigger venue for our member company representative to meet a larger audience of our students, faculty, and staff. RSVP for your speaking slot for those limited spots! 2) the AMIC 2023 Annual Meeting planning is well underway. This year’s theme is Artificial Intelligence, and we already have a great speaker line-up. Please register soon so that we can order good catering services. In addition, member/prospective member companies are welcome to host a table to present their engineering challenges during the facilitated networking session. 3) Be “warned” that I will produce short videos to promote AMIC and UWCOE’s research services, so stay tuned on our AMIC website and follow us on LinkedIn!
